At Verity, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To honor both your time and ours, we kindly ask that you review the following policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Appointments adjusted with appropriate notice will not be subject to a fee. We understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise, please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
